Our mission is to provide quality housing to eligible people in a professional, fiscally prudent manner and be a positive force in our community by working with others to assist these families with appropriate supportive services.
The mission of the Snyder County Housing Authority is to assist low-income families with safe, decent, and affordable housing opportunities as they strive to achieve self-sufficiency and improve the quality of their lives. The Housing Authority is committed to operating in an efficient, ethical, and professional manner. The Housing Authority will create and maintain partnerships with its clients and appropriate community agencies in order to accomplish this mission.
That we want to expand to provide greater housing opportunities to meet the needs of the community, and look beyond Section 8 and Public Housing.
